  ⋄ Laboratory investigation only help in arriving at a diagnosis and should be correlated with the clinical presentation and other relevent investigation.

  ⋄ All report have to be correlated clinically

  ⋄ If result of the test are alarming or do not correlate clinically, the patient/referring doctor may please contact the laboratory immediately for possible check or remedial advice.

  ⋄ All investigation have their limitation which are imposed by the limit of sensitivity and specificity of the individual assay procedure and the condition of the sample received by the laboratory.

  ⋄ All test result are dependent on the quality of the sample received by the laboratory.

  ⋄ The finding and observation in the report pertain to the specimen submitted.

  ⋄ The specimens received are presumed to be of the patients named on the sample.

  ⋄ The specimens received are discarded after conducting the required tests unless otherwise prior informed.

  ⋄ In the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical reason, time of tests and reporting date may changed.

  ⋄ Doctors are not Available for Consultation on Sunday.
